SHIPPING & RETURNS POLICY

Domestic Shipping

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1-2 working days of purchase. Orders will be sent Royal Mail 2nd Class by default, however other courier may be used from time to time depending on weight.

Please allow extra time for shipping due to the current COVID-19 pandemic. We still aim to dispatch your items within the quoted time frame but carriers may experience delays out of our control.

We are currently only offering shipping to the UK, This will change in the near future, and we will be back offering worldwide shipping soon – an update will be sent out to our customers once this is available.

Local Pick up

If you happen to live locally to Hatfield, Herts, we offer a local click and collect service. Please select local collection at the checkout & email us to arrange a convenient time for you to collect your order.

Returns & Refunds

We can accept returns for any unused products, so long as you contact us within 14 days of receiving the product, and the item is returned to us within 14 days of contacting us. Buyer will have to cover return postage, and full refund will be given (excluding shipping) within 14 days of us receiving the product back.

Products

Where do our products come from?

We always try and source our supplies from the UK. Our macrame cotton rope spools is manufactured in Turkey. Our rope is 100% cotton. 

I purchased two products of the same colour, but they are not an exact match?

We do our best to accurately display the correct colours on our photography. The product photography on this page has been taken by us and is unfiltered to try and give you the best idea possible of the shade of colour. Due to differences in screen settings while shopping on your computer or phone, you may find that there is a slight difference in the colour.

Due to the nature of the dying process, there may be a very slight difference in colour between dye batches.
